Peter Madrers
Peter Madrers, a pioneer of contemporary residential and commercial design has been behind some of Australia's leading architectural practices for over 30 years. Peter has completed projects of the highest calibre throughout Australia, the Pacific and South-East Asia.
Paul Brinsmead
Paul Brinsmead has an extensive background as both a commercial and property development lawyer and principal of one of South-East Queensland's leading legal practices, Hickey Lawyers. Paul has been a key figure in some of the largest and most successful property development projects undertaken in south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales.

Resort Corp Finance
Resort Corp have developed a finance division that will provide a full spectrum of finance services to buyers of all of our products or anyone else wishing to have access to competitive and innovative finance solutions.
Resort Corp Finance will pre-approve funding of all residential and resort retirement or commercial projects. Resort Corp will provide finance solutions at some of the most competitive terms currently available.
Resort Corp will also deliver complimentary finance services, including fee free bank guarantees, deposit bonds, funding of ancillary products, including furniture and other products, personal finance and credit card facilities, as well as personal loans.
Dedicated staff will be available and on the road to meet with purchasers and customers of Resort Corp Finance to professionally and quickly respond to their requirements and needs.
Resort Corp Leisure Management Services
Resort Corp is establishing a full retirement services division that will provide complimentary and innovative retirement community services to all of the Resort Corp Leisure Retirement Community projects.
The services will include hotel services incorporating the highest quality food and laundry services and other similar hotel services, as well as cleaning services and the full spectrum of health and welfare and lifestyle services required of a truly world class retirement community.
