Soraya, The Legend

Soraya, completed in 2004 was the first of Resort Corp’s 2004/2005 Beachfront Collection of Tweed projects to be completed. Soraya is located on the only absolute beachfront section of Kingscliff Beach, Australia’s new Noosa.

Soraya comprises 6 enormous luxury ocean homes fronting magnificent Dreamtime Beach. Soraya also enjoys exclusive proximity to the untouched beachfront rainforest reserve with views to the Mount Warning National Park and the World Heritage Listed Mountains. This stunning building was the Tweed’s first to achieve a sales price for an apartment over $1 million followed by the first building to achieve a sale of an apartment over $2 million. The design of Soraya is sophisticated and modern and its design is in absolute harmony with beachfront living.
